Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for your use of HavaBet (havabet.co) and for any account you hold with Havabet Pty Ltd. By registering, or by placing a wager, you accept them in full.
Last updated: 11 June 2026
1. Who we are
HavaBet is a registered business name of Havabet Pty Ltd (ABN 43 661 973 744), which holds Sports Bookmaker Licence No. VIC-SBO-2022-0508 granted by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC). Every wagering contract is entered into with Havabet Pty Ltd in Victoria, Australia.
2. Eligibility
You must be aged at least 18, hold the account in your own legal name, and be physically present in a jurisdiction where online wagering with an Australian-licensed operator is lawful. Before you place your first bet we verify your identity and age under the AML/CTF Act 2006 (Cth) and the National Consumer Protection Framework, and we may ask for documents at any time. You confirm that you are not currently registered with BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register; if you are, we are unable to open or run an account for you.
3. Your account
Each person may hold one account only. Keeping your login details secure, and everything that happens on your account, is your responsibility. Let us know straight away at support@havabet.co if you suspect someone has accessed it without permission. We may suspend an account in order to investigate suspected fraud, collusion, duplicate accounts, or breaches of these Terms.
4. Deposits & withdrawals
We accept debit cards, PayID and bank transfer only — credit cards cannot be used for gambling, in line with the Interactive Gambling Amendment (Credit and Other Measures) Act 2023 (Cth). The smallest deposit and withdrawal is $10. Withdrawals are paid solely to a verified payment method held in your own name. We apply no fees to deposits or withdrawals. Once your identity has been verified, we process withdrawals within 1 business day, though your bank may need a further 1–3 business days. We are not a bank and pay no interest on balances.
5. Bets & pricing
A bet counts as accepted only once it appears, with a confirmation, in your bet history. Before acceptance we may decline or limit any bet at our discretion. Odds are shown as decimals: your potential return is your stake multiplied by the odds (for example, $10 at 2.50 returns $25, your stake included). Prices may move at any moment until a bet is accepted. Online in-play (live) betting on non-racing sport is not available, as required by the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth).
6. Settlement
Markets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. If a result is amended after it has been officially declared, the bet stands on whatever the result was at the moment of settlement. The full market rules are set out in our Betting Rules.
6A. Void bets and palpable errors
A bet may be voided and the stake returned where: the event is postponed or abandoned and not completed within 48 hours (unless a market rule provides otherwise); there is a palpable error in the price, the entry or the way the market was built; a participant is a non-runner in a racing market (rule 4 deductions may apply); or there is a clear breach of integrity, such as suspicious betting patterns or match-fixing. Once it has been placed, you cannot cancel or amend an accepted bet — so please check your slip before you confirm.
6B. Multis and Same Game Multi
In a standard multi (parlay), a void leg causes the multi to be recalculated as though that leg had never been chosen. In a Same Game Multi, related contingencies may be limited, and a voided leg re-prices the whole multi. The maximum number of legs and combinations allowed is displayed as you build the bet.
6C. Maximum payout
The most we will pay out to any one customer, per day, across all markets is AUD 500,000. If a bet would return more than this, the payout is capped at that amount.
7. Responsible gambling
We are committed to safer gambling. At any time you can set deposit limits, take a deposit break, or self-exclude. See Responsible Gambling and the national BetStop register. 7A. Anti-money laundering & financial crime
We comply in full with the AML/CTF Act 2006 (Cth). We decline service and will not accept funds that are the proceeds of crime; that come from individuals or entities on terrorism or sanctions lists (AUSTRAC, UN, USA, EU, Australia); or that arrive through “structured” deposits designed to evade detection. We check the source of funds, screen accounts against sanctions databases, monitor transactions, block and close accounts wherever breaches are found, and report any suspicions to AUSTRAC. See our AML/CTF, KYC & Source of Funds page. If you suspect money laundering or the financing of crime, contact support@havabet.co without delay.
8. Liability
So far as the law allows, Havabet Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8A. No guarantees
We give no guarantee of any particular outcome, return or win. Past results, form, statistics and anything else we display are provided for general interest only and are neither advice nor a prediction. Gambling carries risk, and you may lose more than you win.
8B. Refusal and limits
At our discretion we may refuse, suspend or limit any bet, account or market — including to manage risk, to comply with the law, to protect integrity, or in response to signs of gambling harm.
8C. Tax
Any tax payable on your winnings under the laws of the place where you live is your own responsibility. We do not give tax advice.
9. Changes & governing law
We may revise these Terms; we will give notice of any material changes on havabet.co. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and of the Commonwealth of Australia.
9A. Inactivity
If your account stays inactive (no bet, deposit, withdrawal or successful login) for 12 months, we may contact you and handle any remaining balance in accordance with the applicable unclaimed-money law.
9B. Severability and entire agreement
Should any part of these Terms be found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Together with our Betting Rules and Privacy Policy, these Terms make up the entire agreement between you and Havabet Pty Ltd.
